Once the cake is cooled, it is mixed with icing and formed into a ball shape.
The cakes balls are enrobed with chocolate coating which hardens with our signature flat bottom; the stick is inserted and they are decorated by hand.

Our cake pop's signature flat bottom makes it easy to display on a tray, or on the shelf!
